Rent 2 Rent: Massive Ca$h During A Massive Crash

Rent2Rent: A strategy that works.
Rent2rent is the fastest way to making massive passive income in property. This strategy had enabled me and many of my students to increase our monthly cashflow from nothing to thousands of pounds. I reached the £10K a month passive income within 10 months.
What is Rent2Rent?
Rent2Rent means taking control of a property from a struggling landlord and transforming it into a corporate accommodation instead.

Rental demand is ever increasing!
On 28th October 2011, the Office of National Statistics here in the UK stated that ‘There will be 70 million people living in Britain by 2016. This is an increase from today’s figure of approximately 62.5 million people. The surge in numbers are people who are coming in from the Eastern Block and Europe to find work. Very few of them will have English bank accounts or deposit monies in order to try to get onto the housing ownership ladder. In consequence, the majority of these people will have to rent properties here in Britain.’
This rental demand has already started and will continue to be ongoing.
It is not a surprise that 75% of my tenants (Housesharers) are from outside the UK.

Just how difficult is it to get a Buy to Let (BTL) mortgage these days?
Here’s one of the main problems:
Most BTL lenders today have a Minimum Value of £75,000 that they will lend compared to £45,000 just a few months ago.
This leaves only 3 lenders in the market place for loans:
•Birmingham Midshires offers only up to 3 mortgages.
•The Mortgage Works do not like to lend if the property is situated near commercial premises and or there are a number of pubs and B&Bs in the area.
•Natwest- if your income from property is more than 30% of your non property income then they do not want to lend to you. Also if the value of your property portfolio is more than 8 times your annual salary then Natwest do not want your business.
HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) are the way forward to maximise profits from rental income.
A Systemised Strategy of managing HMOs is the only method to employ to maximise passive rental income, whether your target market is the Professional Renter or Students.
Most people who are thinking about investing in Property have 2 figures of income in their heads:
•The first figure is £3,000 per month which will allow them to give up their current job.
•The second figure is £10,000 per month which to them represents total financial freedom.
The size of property portfolio required in the traditional BTL investment strategy to generate £10,000 per month is probably 80 to 100 properties. We will teach you how to achieve that same £10,000 per month passive income (after all costs) from less than 20 properties using our HMO Systemised Strategy.
In the traditional BTL investment strategy where deposits and mortgages are used, this ties up substantial amounts of inaccessible money and total financial commitment to a lender for years and years.
We know that our Systemised HMO Strategy (SHS) for investing in property really works because we do it ourselves.
